Relaxing Yoga for Back and Hips

Join Clear Path for Veterans and yoga instructor Marni Millet to kick off the weekend with a relaxing and rejuvenating morning yoga flow.

The yoga will be focusing on the back and hips. After the long winter months guests will get some great stretches and yoga practices to open their hips and loosen their backs in time for the summer months. Yoga improves strength, balance, and flexibility.

Guests are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats and should dress comfortably in clothes they can move in. This workshop is complimentary and open to veterans, service members, and military-connected families.

Guests may attend sound therapy and candle painting on the same day but will need to sign up individually for each.
